The location is absolutely amazing, right in the heart of the pedestrianised town center with cafes, restaurants, and hot spring fountains just a stone's throw away. The apartment itself is incredibly clean and well presented, with a slightly quirky feel due to the low sloping wooden roof and steep stairs. While it may not be suitable for the elderly or disabled, we absolutely loved it. Our host, Raphael, was incredibly helpful and had excellent communication before our arrival. The location was perfect for skiing, right across the road from the lift, and in the center of town. The apartment had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen. It was ready for us and very warm upon arrival. Even when our flight was delayed, Raphael waited for us until late at night to welcome us and make sure we were comfortable. it was a fantastic experience and we would definitely book again if we are in the area.

The location of the accommodation was fantastic, right in the heart of town and just a stone's throw away from the cable car and ski lift. This made it incredibly convenient for both exploring the town and hitting the slopes. The apartment itself was warm and cosy, with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The hosts were also mentioned as being helpful and communicative, ensuring a smooth stay.
One negative aspect mentioned was the early check-out time, which left guests feeling disappointed and as if their stay was cut short.

Super clean - perfect location right by the ski lift, and in the center of town. Our host Raphael was amazing and gave us great tips on places to visit. Plus - he even welcomed us with a bottle of red wine!
Can't recommend Le Passage highly enough.

I recently stayed at a great hotel in Ax-les-Thermes called Le Passage. My flight was delayed, but the property owner, Raphael, waited for us until late at night and made sure we were comfortable. The apartment was very clean and had all the essentials for self-catering. Raphael and Veronique were helpful with any questions we had, and the location was superb, right in the center of town with cafes, restaurants, and hot spring fountains nearby. I highly recommend this property.
Would recommend this hotel.

The host was extremely helpful and the ski-ing access was jaw-dropping. The apartment was well-equipped and warm, perfect for a midweek ski-ing getaway. Perfect location, right next to the ski lift, making it incredibly convenient for a short ski trip. The hotel is also located in a beautiful area, surrounded by scenic views. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day on the slopes.
One drawback was the lack of curtains in the ground floor studio, which made it feel a bit exposed to the outside. it would have been helpful to have clearer information about the specific apartment assigned before arrival, as it was not always clear from the online offer.
